Getting Your Resources

After completing your order:

1. Open the Cfx.re Portal — Granted Assets.

2. Sign in with the Cfx.re account used for your order.

3. Select the resource and download it.

4. Follow the installation instructions in the documentation.

Your server must use a Cfx.re server key belonging to the account that owns the resource.

Updates and fixes released for the resource you purchased are included at no additional cost.

For installation assistance, configuration questions or technical issues, join Discord and open a ticket.

Include the resource name, your framework and any relevant error messages so I can help you investigate.

If a resource is missing from your account, contact me on Discord with your order reference. For payment or billing issues, contact Tebex Support.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. RobiZona does not offer voluntary refunds once a digital resource has been delivered.

Please review the product description, requirements, documentation and video preview before purchasing. If you have compatibility questions, contact me first.

This policy is subject to Tebex’s checkout terms and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
